The clear and accurate display of train position information lies at the heart of an efficient train control or train despatch centre. HARP has spent years developing the expertise and supporting products required to design effective multi-screen solutions. HARP offers solutions that integrate each customer's processes, operating systems and people. 

Flexible solutions

Unlike some manufacturers who sell just their own Dynamic Signage solutions, HARP selects the most appropriate systems and tools, and then integrates the system with their own drive electronics. HARP's proprietary tools allow the working systems to be adapted and tuned to a customer's current needs, while being open for future changes. This way, future proofing is assured.

The first consideration is always the main limitation, the human eye. Once it is established how many people need to view how much information, the basic logistics can be set. The planning phase involves time and attention to detail, to ensure the finished solution meets the customer's objectives first time, without compromise.

Integration with other ART products

HARP Display Screens form an integral part of the range of overall train control solutions which ART offers. Train position information derived from ART's GPS/DGPS systems can be displayed, along with route setting information, and other data including diagnostics. Where required, HARP screens can be introduced as a plug-compatible replacement for existing PC-driven VDU screens.
