Elisio Nascimento
Elisio, with a Bsc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Production Engineering from leading Brazilian Universities (UFRGS and UFRJ), has 35 years' experience in consultancy in the areas of financial planning and administration, having developed and implemented operating, costing and budgeting systems, production planning and control systems, and corporate simulation models, in various industries such as railways, manufacturing, cellulose, steel, mining and mineral prospection.
After many years working as a consultant managing major projects in Arthur Young and then in Price Waterhouse, Elisio became a Partner in SIGMA, a consultancy specialised in operational and financial modelling and development of planning systems.
Besides his technical qualifications Elisio has been active in commercial and marketing areas, having been responsible for the majority of new client contacts and identification of project opportunities in existing clients.
Elisio brings to ART a wide ranging commercial and technical experience, and many important contacts.
