Laurence Taylor
Laurence is a Chartered Engineer with 15 years' experience of the railway industry, specialising in signalling and
telecommunications and including a good working knowledge of other infrastructure disciplines: civil
engineering, permanent way, electrification and plant. He is the managing director of MPEC, a manufacturer of specialist railway monitoring systems. In addition to manufacture, MPEC carries out a significant amount of research and development of rail industry electronics and software products
